Monday through FridayDuties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the team to ensure high-quality work is performed, optimizing productivity while minimizing the risk of employee injuries and property damage;
- Ensure compliance with applicable plans, specifications, and technical standards;
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools required for the job site.
- Ensure worker safety and the implementation of OHS procedures (ASP Construction, use of PPE, signage).
- Optimize the use of resources (labor, machinery, time) to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Identify and resolve technical or organizational issues on-site.
- Monitor work progress, maintain site logs, and produce daily reports.
- Participate in site meetings and collaborate with other stakeholders (engineers, project managers, clients, suppliers).
- Ensure that time reports and all other relevant documents are completed and tracked;
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a foreman and relevant experience in civil engineering
- Experience supervising large-scale construction sites
- Valid CCQ competency cards
- Excellent planning and work organization skills
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to mobilize, supervise, and train teams;
- Diligence and vigilance.
