Monday through FridayDuties and Responsibilities
Coordinates
- The management of bids, negotiations, and contract awards to suppliers and subcontractors
- Scheduling and resource planning (labor, materials, support services, etc.)
- All operations, work, and procedures related to bid preparation and construction project management
- Document management and administrative follow-up for projects
Profitability and operational performance
- Optimization of on-site work and continuous improvement;
- Developing work methods and monitoring project costs;
- Monitoring project costs and key performance indicators;
- Analyzing plans and technical documents to establish the quality control strategy, project schedule, and budget;
- Effective communication with the team, suppliers, and subcontractors;
- Implement and monitor change orders;
- Ensure the completion of project-related administrative tasks (procurement, quality control, invoicing, time tracking, quantity calculations, etc.).
Qualifications
- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any other relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction
- Experience in civil engineering project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and independence
